Out2Play and project sponsor select school for playground renovation.

Out2Play meets with members of the school community to explain project. A Playground Committee is formed and a contact person for Out2Play is named.

School administration signs contract with Out2Play.

Design Day with architect and school. At separate sessions, students, educatprs, parents, and community members propose design ideas and give input on project.

Architect presents design proposals to school Playground Committee and they work together to finalize design.

Principal, Custodian, School Construction Authority and Department of Education approve final design.

Bid out several projects in one bundle and award contract
